Other duties I would be willing to help with include running errands, driving children, light cooking, dishes, laundry, and basic tidying as needed. We hired Delia as part of a nanny-share to watch our now 1 year old son, and she has been a great hire! At that time our family and our co-nanny-share family interviewed many candidates and she was our clear choice. Over the past year she has become almost a part of both our families as she navigates having two sets of parent/clients and two children. She has been very receptive to any feedback offered, has communicated well, and our children are always excitied to see her in the morning. We trust her judgement and abilities in managing our children. Our reasons for switching childcare had nothing to do with Delia, and she would be an excellent addition to any family.
