She was very responsive initially, and had one of her previous wards/clients give me a call to discuss her experience with Delianny. Found out from that call that Delianny primarily speaks Spanish. It wasn't too much of a problem for me as I speak a little Spanish and we could get by. I had very high needs in terms of hours desired for coverage. She has a cousin Daniela who was able to help when she wasn't available. They did well enough for their rate, and I was willing to continue to use them after the second day. When asked about their availability for day 2 and my needs they said they would do it, but then it was no-call-no-show and I never heard anything since. It was kind of a big deal for me as I needed a lot of time and they said they could do that for me, but it left me in a lurch to scramble on short notice to find some alternatives.
