I started babysitting when I was 18 during the summer before my undergraduate studies, following employment as a gymnastics and martial arts instructor as a teen. I have since been a full-time caregiver for children since I graduated with my Bachelor's in 2021. I intend to continue working with children until I have my first child in about five years. My academic credentials now include four-year degrees in chemistry, writing, and anthropology as well as an MA in English. I intend to pursue a Ph. D. in anthropology in the next few years to eventually teach at a college level.

Delenn worked with us to understand what things are critical to be done certain ways, and what things needed more flexibility based on context for our child. Extremely reliable and communicative, not to mention bringing a huge pile of bonus creative and artistic talent that provides huge enrichment for children (and adults!) Delenn is always willing to figure out the best way to handle situations as they arise (and we've had plenty,) and is very proactive in suggesting processes or situations where we could make the day to day things better for everyone involved.
