Hello! My name is Delanie. I am a 23-year-old college student, and I am currently enrolled at Millersville University, pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. I started my career in childcare when I was 20, working at my local YMCA in the childcare center. In my almost 4 years of working for my YMCA I have worked in every single classroom offer. I was the assistant in the 1-year-old room and the 2-year-old room. As well as stepping into a more leadership role; as a lead teacher in our infant room and preschool room.
