My name is Delaney and I am a kind, caring, empathetic, and responsible 24-year-old professional with a dual master's in Global Strategic Communications from UF and International Affairs from Johns Hopkins. After completing a 6-month UN Fellowship in Nicaragua, I am now in Miami for a few months and would love to spend time helping others with their kids and pets. I have over 12 years of experience babysitting and have volunteered with children in Miami and Gainesville as well as abroad in Haiti, Belize, the DR, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. I recently returned from two weeks teaching computers to children in Tanzania and want to continue my work with bright young minds stateside! One thing parents should know is that I am very responsive and love to send picture updates during a gig to let the parents know that their loved ones are in good hands. Delaney was absolutely incredible with our 4 month old son! We hired her to watch him for a week while we were in Miami for a work conference and she came in to spend the day with our son from 9-5 every day at our hotel. She was great with his napping schedule (and he can be tricky right now!!) and played with him and did all his PT exercises as well. She was so sweet with our son. We would definitely recommend her to anyone with a little one! We wish she lived closer to us so we could call on her more often!!
