About Delaney

Hey!! I'm Delaney! I'm an experienced childcare provider. I absolutely love kids!! I find so much joy in making a positive impact on their lives. I've been around kids my whole life. My passion for caring for children began when four of my cousins were born in the same year. I've had many positive babysitting & nannying experiences!! I also volunteer to work with children every Wednesday night at my church. My expertise lies in caring for children aged between 1 and 12 years old! I am creative and have an easy going personality. When it comes to communication with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue! I will follow the preferred communication method of each family. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead, as I prioritize consistency and respect for their parenting style.
