Delaney is everything you would want in a babysitter for toddlers: - Reliable: she showed up early and prepared for a full day of running around after a toddler. Also followed the schedule I provided for her perfectly - Gentle: was extremely considerate of my toddler’s big feelings and knew how to redirect appropriately without punishment - Engaged: she played with my daughter inside all day because it was rainy and stayed engaged through imaginative play, story time, board games, etc.
