About Delaney

I am a natural caregiver currently studying at U. C. F. to become an elementary education teacher. I've always had a passion for fostering children's growth and development. My past babysitting experience and being a big sister to 6 younger siblings has not only solidified my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives but also has made me confident in my ability to care for them. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly nature, which makes it easy for me to connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and always ensure they're well-informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and love playing games that promote learning! Whether it's carpooling or anything else, I'm happy to help out with various tasks. After babysitting for my parents and their friends for years, i'm confident I can handle any care-giver job that comes my way.
