About Delana

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With seven years of experience in education, I'm a patient and creative caregiver, comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages. My educational background includes some graduate school and coursework in early child development. I also have experience with special needs families and differently abled children. I'm also a certified teacher and have completed CPR and First Aid Training. I enjoy the variety of games I play with children, including outdoor sports, educational games, and board games. Regarding household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them. I communicate regularly with parents about their child's day, either verbally or through text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
