About Delaiya Jones

Hi, I'm very reliable, caring , and nurturing I have been working with kids since I was 13 years old I started off with babysitting and now, I'm in my freshman year of college . Once I turned 14 my first job was a summer counselor from ages 4-8 and I also would party host on the weekends. I worked with that company for 2 and half years, and once I left I volunteered at my mom's preschool to get more experience. I'm now 18 and have been working with the YMCA for 2 years now. I started off doing the summer camps, and building bonds with the kids. In the summer the kids do outside activities play in the pool and multiple games through out the day. As I started working longer at the YMCA , I now work in the daycare to the gym from ages 16 weeks to elementary school. I work in two different departments as of now I do the day care and after school program. I really have a passion for children, they make my day I wouldn't have it any other way.
