In my 20 years of life, almost every person around me has noticed that I have an affinity with caring for children. It came so natural to me from a young age, so much so that I started babysitting for money at 13 I have connected easily with children, and I find that they gravitate towards my fun personality. While being fun and outgoing, I also know how to be disciplinary while also educating children on behaviors. I love to help children grow and learn, and can assist in helping to build skills. My experience in daycare classrooms can be applied. For example, I can help provide fun, stimulating crafts that can build fine motor skills in toddler/preschool age children. My experience in working in ABA therapy can be useful working with children with ASD. I can assist in helping your children to build skills they may be behind on while using positive reinforcement and reward systems.
