Deja worked with us for some months as a regular aide once a week, working with my aunt. Dejs'a personality clicked well with my aunt, who does not click with everyone. Deja was able to work well with my aunt. Deja's availability changed, and we had to find someone else, but we parted on good terms, and Deja has been willing to come back on short notice, if we needed her. I would call on her for help, and I would have her work with my aunt again, on a regular basis, if her schedule permitted, and if we had the position open again, at the same time.
