About Deirdra

I worked at a preschool for a little over a year during my last year of High School. I took many courses while working there in Early Childhood Care. I currently attend Arizona State University at the Mary Lou Fulton teachers college and am getting my degree in Elementary Education. I have always loved working with kids and cannot wait to have a future full of it! I'd describe my personality as Outgoing, Aware, and Creative! I like working with kids because it brings me joy! I have known from a very early age I always wanted to be a teacher and work with kids. Working with kids at a preschool and babysitting throughout High School only confirmed this for me! I enjoy learning about caring for kids at ASU, but cannot wait to actually work with kids. In my spare time, I like to do a ton of creative activities. I really enjoy reading and will always have a book to come home to. I also really enjoy painting and will always love an art project to work on!
