About Deidre

Hi, my name is Deidre! I am 22-years-old and have certification in ECE. I have 5 years of experience with children, ages tk-8th grade in a school setting. I have worked in a multilingual school setting with students learning english, along with children who have special needs and varying developmental delays. Currently I am working for CTFF, coordinating and maintaining an enriching after school program for a local middle school. My tutoring services consist of but are not limited to: Patience, tailored strategies, and personalized attention. I have 3 years of curating and implementing lesson plans based on specific needs of my students. Through engaging activities and constructive feedback, I motivate students to grasp challenges, and develop confidence within themselves. I foster a supportive learning environment that is flexible, and helps students strive for academic success.
