Dee watched my daughter from age 9 months until she went to preschool at 2.5 years. She supported my daughter's daily schedule and routine, including meals and nap. She helped us with household tasks that helped maintain a safe and clean environment for our daughter, including changing her crib sheets, laundry, putting away toys, making food and cleaning dishes. She engaged in playing, reading, crafts and other activities with my daughter daily to keep her learning and thriving. Dee was always very communicative, clear and thoughtful when it came to aligning on schedules and availability. Our daughter has severe allergies and we appreciated that Dee was detailed and observant about guidelines around food cooking, skin care, medicine needs, etc. to ensure my daughter was always safe. Dee has a calm and kind energy, which we appreciated. I highly recommend her and think any family would be lucky to have her helping care for their children.
