About Deepa

I'd describe my personality as loving, friendly, and easy-going. I like caring for seniors because I find fulfillment in providing essential care for elderly according to their needs. I'm looking for a home care job and also I would prefer any shifts like4- 6 up to 12 hours at a time. I am happy to work during the day or overnight as needed. I want to have clear directions (or a care plan) and a safe environment where I will be providing care. I started caring for seniors two year ago in mid 2022. I have worked as a personal care assistant (PCA) and worked with clients in assisted living care facilities and in-home care. I have also worked with dementia and hospice patients. I like to garden, take care of my chickens, and spend time with my husband. One thing you should know about me is I am from Nepal and so I have an accent but I speak English fluently and am educated. My top skills include meal preparation, bathing and grooming, and running errands/appointments.
