To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter of recommendation because I believe that my dear friend, Deena, would be idea to care for your children. I met Deena at the American Academy of Equestrian Sciences in 2006. My daughters, Brenda and Joy, were then 7 and 5 years old. She taught them many things about theh orses with enthusiasm and kindness. I was impressed with Deena's ability to relate to my children, make things fun for them and keep them interested and on task. I hired Deena to watch my girls many times. Often she would pick them up at school and drive them to lessons. She would watch them in my home and she would take them on fun outings such as the petting zoo and the Leesburg Parade. Deena always made things interesting and fun for my girls and they talk about her to this day. They are 12 and 10 and ask when Ms. Deena can come and "hang out" with them. They both miss her. Deena has a wonderful ability to make a child feel at ease. SHe is so hard working but because she is so positive and upbeat, it never looks like work. She is always professional and she really loves the children that she looks after. She was always punctual and highly responsible. Lastly, Deena possesses an abundance of energy. She has more stamina than most women half her age. Physically, she is capable of an amazing amount of work and there isn't much a child could throw at her that she couldn't handle. She is an asset in any setting and I have no doubt that she will be successful in anything she attempts.
