About Deejahney

As an experienced early childhood educator, I understand how important it is to be dependable and consistent to obtain successful learning outcomes. After various roles in the field, I've mastered adaptability to ensure I am giving the best resources to each individual child. My strengths in my present role have been; Teamwork, Insightful, and Accuracy. When I am uncertain of how to go about behavior management with students, I reach out for guidance. I value my relationships with all students and their families. Over the course of the school year, I have averaged a 94. 3% in fidelity checks observations. This high percentage shows that I am consistently able to accurately guide my students through their learning goals.
