Deedra was amazing with my dad - who was stubborn and rude with everyone, except Deedra. She handled his moods with extraordinary patience and she was kind to him even when he was anything but kind to her. She is efficient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with - she clearly knows what she's doing and she does it in a way that shows that this is not just a job to her.
