My rate of pay, is factored in to many different things, it depends on if I use my own vehicle, and how much care is needed, so it is on a case by case basis. Dee Ann was on time and volunteered to stay late. She did our father's banking, grocery shopping, showers, wound care, and took out the trash, did his laundry and took him out to eat. She really is a great worker. We are still in touch to this day.
