I am a 56-year-old woman who has a daughter of my own that is 16 years old. I am a caring, responsible and thoughtful individual. I'm currently taking care of a 4+ year old (She turns 5 on January 3, 2024) little girl. Both of her parents work from home. I've been with this family since J was approximately 2. 5 months old. I absolutely love this family and I am very comfortable being there. At this point, I'm another member of their family. I also take care of their cat when they travel. Before the job listed above, I took care of 2 kids in Amesbury (little boy was 2-3 yrs old and little girl was 2-3 months old). I was with this family a little while before they decided to move to Wakefield. I did commute for a couple times and then decided that it was too far. I have experience in various settings. Deb has nannied full time for our now almost five year old, since she was only a 2.5 months old infant! Now that she is in preschool we are sad to see this stage ending. She treats our child like family and we trust her with all our hearts. She has been dependable and flexible. She has been very resilient and able to pivot towards whatever our child needed. She is respectful and consistently checked in on what our needs were. She always stayed consistent with our routine/parenting style and was never intrusive. She offers great advice when solicited. The one on one interaction she has provided has truly gone a long way with our daughters development and education. She also chips in quite a bit with laundry, meals, housekeeping, and feeding our cat! We will truly miss her being part of our every day but she's like an aunt to our child, we will surely stay in touch.
