About Deborah

I have been in healthcare field for over 25 years. I have served as residential director for group homes for the mentally and physically challenged adults, as well as an administrator for assisted living living facility. I am also licensed certified Behavior assistant which has behooved me in working with individuals that suffer from dementia and Alzheimer's disorder. I've always worked in an administrative or management position which has never stopped me from being a Hands-On individual. I felt as if I was giving instructions on how to take care of an individual it would not be done properly if I had not work directly with them myself. I am dedicated to my work and to their families on which I take care of their loved ones. I decided several years ago they're taking care of our elderly population is one of the most for rewarding aspects of my life. I believe in treating the elderly with dignity respect and love. They have given so much to us as our futures and I desire to give back.
