About Deborah

I am a seasoned and experienced nurse. I work well under stress and adapt easily to changes. I'd describe my personality a good communicator, open minded and confident. I like caring for seniors because it provides an opportunity to enhance my compassion, empathy and learn from their life experiences. I'm looking for a job that will provide me with flexible hours and help me feel gratified and fulfilled. I have been caring for patients and families of all ages for 50 years. 30 of those years were spent working and providing direct patient care to an array of patients ranging from those with acute and often life threatening injuries to those with chronic medical conditions. It seasoned me well and provided me with a lot of gratitude because I could help them Grand and great grandchildren. I am a very capable nurse that can make quick, effective decisions under pressure. My skills include compassion, patience and ability to connect.
