Deborah cared for my son for the better part of the first 2 years of his life. She is wonderful with newborns and babies. She is patient, engaged, and would always find different ways to encourage his growth. Despite having nannied for many years, Deborah is always updating her education (taking classes on newborn sleep for example). Deborah became part of our family and cared for our son as if he were her own. We're fortunate to remain in touch with her today.
