Deborah interviewed well and came well recommended. She verbally accepted my part time position and the pay rate, confirmed the day before that she was looking forward to starting the next morning, then sent me a text an hour before start time that she accepted another position. Although she may be a good caregiver, we will never know because she did not fulfill her commitment, and she put my family in a difficult situation.
