I have been a caregiver for more than 30 years and couldn't imagine doing anything else.

Deb uses good judgment to be safe, kind, respectful and patient with elders. She is perceptive about a person's needs, honoring also the need for self-respect. She understands the balance of helping, but also letting someone do what they still can. She communicates well with the family and works with interpersonal dynamics comfortably. She took excellent care of my mother. She was gentle, but also made sure to do what she was tasked with doing. She's had a lot of experience. She taught me some helpful tricks to make it easier for me to care for my Mom. I enjoyed working with her.
