I'd describe my personality as calm, compassionate, professional. I like caring for people with special needs because it is very meaningful and important work. I thoroughly enjoy caring for and building a special relationship with clients. I have a great passion for helping clients receive the best care possible, and building a relationship of trust with me. I'm looking for a job that is meaningful, and where I can be a gift to families needing additional support with their loved ones. I started caring for people with special needs when I was in college. I have worked as a volunteer as well as a special education teacher and tutor. In my spare time, I like to go camping with my husband, explore state parks, read, and enjoy my 2 young grandchildren. One thing you should know about me is I am a woman of great faith, with a tremendous amount of compassion and love for those who have challenges. My skills include organization, home making skills, companionship, and flexibility.
