About Deborah

I'd describe my personality as calm, friendly and hard-working. I love working with children! I've raised five of my own, and my youngest is now in high school. I've taught elementary school children for six years. I'm looking for a job for the summer that keeps me busy and keeps me at home. I'd like to babysit in my home, if possible. I started working with children when I was 12, and did lots of babysitting all through my teens. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children, get outside, and read good books. One thing you should know about me is that your children would be well cared for and I'd keep them busy and happy. My skills include giving the care they need, guiding playtime so they're learning as they play, and listening and talking to them, in a way that shows them they are important and loved.
