Helping young children ages 2-11 with their reading homework and learning to read has been part of my current nanny job for the almost eight years. The children did not speak English when I started the job, and I did not speak their Chinese Language. Yet, by the time the 2-year-old turned five, he could spell his numbers one-10, his days of the week, and the months. He also likes to read. The now 11-year-old absolutely loves reading. He actually asks for extra reading. I helped children who couldn't speak English learn to read and write, so I am confident I can help your young English speaking child learn to read!
