About Deborah

Hi, my name is Deborah, and I have over 40 years of experience caring for children, including raising my own two wonderful daughters and babysitting for many families. I absolutely love engaging with children of all ages; playing games, solving puzzles, reading stories, and arts and crafts. I was a Scout leader for 4 years. I planned and organized fun, educational activities for multiple age groups. I believe in fostering creativity, curiosity, and kindness in children through interactive play and exploration. I also have a deep love for the outdoors and the environment. I spend my free time volunteering with local non-profits. I'm part of the Habitat Restoration Committee for Mt. Helix Park and I also help maintain public gardens with the San Diego Chapter of the California Native Plant Society.
