I have been caring for children and youth for over 25 years and have provided exceptional care for children with various learning delays and other special needs. I am compassionate about giving all children and youth the opportunity to reach their full potential and be supported, respected and loved by their caregiver. I strive to learn about each person's unique needs and their family preferences for the care and education of their loved one. I achieve this through open communication and expanding my education and understanding of each person's needs.
