About Debbie

I'm passionate about caring for children and fostering their growth and development. With my creative and friendly personality, I strive to make a difference in the lives of children and support families by providing reliable child care. I prioritize open communication with parents and am comfortable enforcing household rules. I have a college degree and have completed early childhood education coursework. I also have First Aid and CPR training. I'm experienced in caring for children of all ages and am comfortable with up to three children at a time. Safety my first priority. My greatest strength is communication and interpersonal skills. I'm nurturing and a natural caregiver. I do like to be challenged, though, and believe everyone can learn new things and have personal growth everyday. I am intentional about creating an environment where children are free to thrive. Having clear boundaries that are age and developmentally appropriate is part of that equation. And humor!
