About Debbie

I am the third of 13 children, so I learned how to change diapers while still a child myself. (Cheesy grin emoji). I love to cook fabulous meals and create opportunities for kiddos to learn and grow. Neurodivergent humans are my tribe. Superheroes Unite! (Winky face emoji) I have experience with senior care; specifically dementia and Alzheimer's patients. My former employees describe my personality as open, understanding, supportive and kind. A career in Human Resources allowed me the opportunity to develop my EQ and people reading skills. I love working with kiddos because they are honest about what they want and need once they feel seen and heard and understood. I enjoy being able to resolve difficult situations while simultaneously teaching problem solving skills. I love discovering new win/win options through collaboration. I'm looking for a position that is rewarding and enjoyable for me AND the kiddo.
