Hi, my name is Debbie and l enjoy spending time with young children. I've raised six awesome sons, taught for 25 years, from infants - third grade, 15 of those years in 2nd /3rd grades. Most recently I have been nannying in the San Diego area. My husband and I are moving up to Chico mid October and I am looking to care for or tutor 1 or 2 children. As a former classroom teacher, tutoring would be a pleasant experience for me. I understand curriculum and academic skills as well as child developmental needs of kindergarten through third grades. If your child needs extra attention with reading, writing or math I would love to provide support and new ways to help them.
