Dee took care of my aunt with Down Syndrome and dementia. She is an exceptional human being. She works incredibly hard, is great with communication and cares about the people she cares for. She takes initiative, doesn’t cut corners and is reliable. She’s truly a diamond in the rough when it comes to caregiving. I initially asked her to work with my aunt because I worked in the hospital with her, and amongst other employees immediately noticed her work ethic. She’s jumps in and intuitively knows what to do. It’s an asset that cannot be taught. She just has it. P
