Deanna has been an extreme help! Even though she knew that our needs might be on a short-term basis, she still stepped right in to be a kind, calming, patient, joyful Nanny to our son [3.5 years old]. She takes direction well, asking good questions, helped around the house with washing dishes, vacuumed, and straightened up the toys and other areas. She was on-time and truly cared about being a good presence in our son's life. We are happy that our Nanny of 3 years is able to return to work after a serious health-scare, but knowing that it meant we would have to let Deanna go was so hard! She has a willingness to help that is so refreshing. I know my son will miss their karaoke parties and her comforting way of reading to him before naptime.
