About Deanna

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, reliable, personable. I like caring for seniors because I believe they should be able to live at home as long as possible. I have always had strong relationships with older people. I love helping people of all ages and believe this is where God wants me to devote my time at this stage of my life. I'm looking for a job that supplements my income and allows me to use my gifts to help others. I started caring for seniors when I retired in April. In my spare time, I like to read, do jigsaw puzzles, sing and be involved in my church. One thing you should know about me is I always strive to do my best within my abilities. My skills include assisting with self care, compassion for their limitations, working with early stages of dementia and attentiveness to the needs of those in my care.
