I spoke with Deanna and ended up hiring her to help with my elderly mom a couple of hours a day. She agreed to everything we discussed. The first day that she was supposed to stop by and meet us, she never showed. I called and sent her a text and she never replied. I messaged again a couple of days later and no reply again. I was counting on her for help so stopped looking for someone. She left me in a bind with no help. Very disappointing and stressful.
