I recently relocated to Kingsville with my 3yo daughter after being a live in nanny for a 21yo male with autism for 6 years. I assisted in his daily activities of life including getting ready for school, grooming, eating, transportation to appointments, and working in his after school program as behavioral tech. I did respite care for a 6yo boy with autism and his 3yo sister whom I absolutely adored!!! Prior I was a CNA in the state of Va with background working with elderly dementia and Alzheimer's patients in long-term care facilities. Through this experience I have acquired skills of understanding persons that may not be able to verbally express their needs and I can provide basic care for both adults and children. As the oldest of four siblings and multiple cousins. I've always enjoyed baby-sitting and taking care of children and although elderly are not children, their physical, and emotional needs are often times the same and I gladly assist.
