De Dee cared full time for our one year old twins for a year. She is pleasant, kind, organized, caring, reliable (often early), and flexible. She stuck to the schedule and ensured they were always safe, had nutritious meals/snacks, and created fun learning opportunities. She prioritized outdoor time and does not use screen time. She excelled with the twins laundry and toys, keeping them organized, clean, rotated. You can tell she loves being a nanny and our girls loved her. Strongly recommend.
