About Dawn

I first met Dawn 10 years ago when she and her family started attending the same church I am a member of. Dawn was enrolled in the youth club where I am the director. Because she was a little older I she was part of our program. As part of this program Dawn was a mentor to the younger ones which included helping to teach as well as there to help me as the director as needed. Dawn was with me for several years before going to college. She was very patient and kind with the younger club members which is age 10 to 16. When Dawn was there I knew she would take charge working with the younger ones. When Dawn left she was sorely missed. The beginning of this year Dawn moved back to the area and learned that I needed counselors and has come back to help me in that capacity. Dawn helped the last half of the year and is now on board for this year that starts on Sunday. She has been teaching the yearly curriculum as well as honors. I know that she comes to the meetings prepared to teach and does it in such a way that keeps the groups attention and stays on track so they are ready to receive their pins and patches at the end of the year. She will be a valued volunteer to our club this year. We are very blessed to have her as I know she will be for you. If you need any other information please let me know.
