About Dawn

My belief is that if there is a need and I have the ability to meet that need, then it is my responsibility to do so! I have been caregiving for 22 years, and in that time I have worked in homes, facilities, and memory care. My experiences range from companion care, just out of the hospital care, surgeries, strokes, Dementia/Alzheimer's, wound care, medication reminders, shopping/errands/doctor appointments, etc. I also have experience with feeding tubes/machines and different hoyer lifts. I'd describe my personality as light-hearted, positive, and happy. Most importantly, I will always have my client's best interest in mind while I am caring for them. I enjoy caring for newborns to 6 yrs and 60 years to 100 because these are great ages. The young ones have innocence, and the elderly have fascinating stories of their life!

Dawn came at a last minute request for us to check on my mom, who has dementia, every day for a few hours while we were gone. She arrived early each day and was the kindest, most thoughtful and responsible person we could have hoped for. My mom absolutely adored her. She went above and beyond, being a friend to my mom in addition to a caretaker. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will most definitely be calling her again. Thank you Dawn, for allowing my husband and I to have some time away without worry.
