My name is Dawn and my biggest achievement in childcare was raising my now adult daughters! In their youth, I worked at their Montessori school, so I am familiar with introducing independence at an early age. I started my career in 2014 with a nanny share arrangement for two amazing boys (2 mo. old), and cared for them until they went to preschool. Next, I cared for twin girls from ages 2mo. to 5 yrs. My full time with them also ended when they went to school in 2021! August 2021, I began to work with an infant and her family from the very first day she was born. I was with her until May 2022 when her family returned to India. Currently, I care for a baby since the day she was born. She is transitioning to preschool soon . This Dec I am hoping to connect with another amazing family and work with them to provide the best care for their infant. My strengths are patience, love, and support for my families. Dawn has been amazing with our kids. We had her for almost 9 months full-time before we transitioned into daycare (as planned). She is like a mother figure to our kids. She is very punctual and very respectful. Is always willing to work around your needs. She has always gone above and beyond and we highly recommend her. Dawn continues to help us with evening and weekend care.
