Dawn, was one in a million! I am not sure where to start so I will begin with professionalism: Dawn knew exactly how to care for my sister. IF she didn’t know something, she researched about it. She was thorough, firm and loving… always in a way that always helped calm the waters if my sister was digging in. My sister was able to feel like she had some control, and that what was needed was for her benefit always. Dawn did that much better than I could, myself! That brings me to the caring, which could not be better (but oftentimes was because she just has a way with how help) if done by a caring family member. She became my sisters confidant and friend. She was insightful and able to help me in situations that could have been harmful to my sister or our home. Caring AND professional are hard to come by, but that is what we wanted when we began looking for someone who would be spending a lot of time at our home and with my sister. My sister is in assisted living now, and I cannot tell you how much help Dawn was in getting me the information to help me navigate those waters. She will always be a part of our family and we love her very much. You will not find a better home health care provider!
