About Dawn

Hello! My name is Dawn. I live in Lely full time. I have many years of experience working with seniors. Prior, to being a full time mom, I was a certified nurses aide. My license has lapsed because it's been many years since I've worked in a facility. But, I still retain all of my training. I've always enjoyed working with the elderly. When I decided to move to Florida full-time, it felt natural to return back to working with seniors. So, I've been doing private in-home health care here in Florida for the last 10 years. When meeting a new family I like to spend a little time getting to know them to see if our personalities are a good match. It's always difficult when bringing someone new into your home. So, I think it is very important to feel comfortable with that person, and me with the client. Normally, these are long term commitments, so I find the consistency to work well for everyone.
