I have been doing home care for 20+ years. I have experience with autism, brain injuries, cognitive disabilities, spinal cord injuries and etc. I also have experience with changing of dressings, tube feedings, medication management, ROM, transfers and etc. I also have years of experience using a hoyer lift. I get great satisfaction out of always being able to do for others - anything I can do to make someone's day a little brighter and helping them keep a sense of independence in their own home. I enjoy my family, cooking, baking, reading and I like being outdoors. That's what makes this kind of work so unique, I have met a lot of interesting people over the years and everyone has a story to tell. Many of those stories have brought a warm smile to my heart.
