David is an incredibly mature, sensitive, wise,compassionate and resilient home health aide. He is reliable, creative and able to cope with and minimize the psychological challenges posed by a client who has dementia . David was astute in maintaining my husband's personal safety, and his sense of well being. He was an asset to our family, and his work and presence always brought joy. He worked with us both daytime and overnight and is very responsive the needs of the extended family.
