I am a dedicated, experienced childcare provider with a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With over a decade in this field, I have had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of countless children and teens, while supporting families in need of trustworthy, reliable childcare. My calm, composed and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly, understanding nature, allows me to connect easily with children and teens, resulting in a safe, yet joyful environment. I prioritize open, honest communication with parents, ensuring they are fully informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a consistent and structured schedule for those in my care. I enjoy fostering and fortifying an atmosphere that promotes curiosity, learning, and engagement. I have a college degree and can comfortably care for up to three children and/or three teenagers at a time.
