I'd describe my personality as charismatic, encouraging, and kind. I like tutoring because I love seeing the growth in students as they develop knowledge and a better understanding of the world around them. I learn a lot from them too. My skills include knowledge in many subjects, creativity in teaching methods, and persistence in making sure the material is thoroughly understood. I'm looking for a job where I can encourage students, and have freedom to approach tutoring in different ways, to find the most effective strategy. My strengths in particular are English, History, Algebra, and Science (Astronomy and Physics). I also specialize in Music, specifically music theory and voice technique. I am a classically trained vocalist. I prefer tutoring middle and high school levels. In my spare time, I sing and songwrite, and record my own music. I love to perform, and I do so every opportunity I get.
