Being a mother of a special needs child, I can adapt and overcome stressful situations without losing sight of the goal, the child. Friendly and positive communicator skilled in conflict resolution, proficient in organizing and tracking large amounts of data as well as making recommendations for future needs. Personally driven, passionate, and motivated to support a child individual needs. I welcome a challenge, open dialogue, addressing issues, as well as working with a team to with parents. Though most of my employment was gained through volunteer efforts and word of mouth, my ability to learn the necessary skill set quickly along with my enthusiasm to do so, has assisted in securing employment.
